Something went wrong swap phone

I bought an unlocked Samsung Galaxy 9. I confirmed it was eligible, bought a new sim card, entered all the info to swap phones and then it told me "something went wrong, try again". I entered the APN info provided for Android phones and I'm still getting the same message. Not sure what to do.

Could it be you are not on the Expanded network or are you trying to activate on the new network? You'll need to send  private message with the account phone number, pin code, card number, and email address to the support.
