Hi, thanks for answer. I bought in the boost online store. it arrived two days ago. I thought it was easy to activate, but that message appears after I put the SIM Card number. I also noted that there is a short timed note that says "need to validate your SIM Card"
Are you using the SIM card that you received with the device?- Fonsy82
