Samsung Galaxy A10e : Sprint OMADM Activation Incomplete (Internal Error 103)

About a month ago, I received the SIM card for the 5G upgrade. Since changing the SIM card, I have been experiencing dropped calls many times mid-conversation, and people on a call with me have difficulty hearing me.  Today, I decided to call the Customer Care line, which gave me reset instructions.  After that, I have been receiving a Sprint OMADM Activation Incomplete (Internal Error 103).  What should I do to remedy both issues (dropped calls and getting rid of the Sprint OMADM Activation Incomplete (Internal Error 103))?
