Phone missing/damaged

Placed an online order for a new phone, and it was shipped via UPS. When tracking the package, it says "Damage Reported
Merchandise is missing. UPS will notify the sender with additional details." UPS was of no help, and I need to know what's going on as I currently don't have a phone. What next steps do I take

Good to know how Boost Mobile treats it's customers. $558 and 11 DAYS later, still nothing but excuses. Embarrassing and downright unbelievable.
