Online activation error

I bought a SIM card/plan online and attempted to port in my number. The port in failed and now whenever I put in my IMEI and ICC ID I get a "something went wrong try again later" message. When I've called customer service several times and been told that they can't do anything because it's online only activation. I've tried the chat but it just tells me to call customer service.
