No service since phone swap that was 2 weeks ago, please help!

During a phone swap about 2 weeks ago I lost my service completely once the phone swap was done and I'm not had any sense I got in trouble shooting with the advanced troubleshooting people they just keep telling me give it two days reset the network and it should work but it has not. I don't know if there's a SIM card compatibility issue so I got a different SIM card like I was told to and that did not work either but swap did but not but Network it says not registered on network
