How to recover PIN when Boost phone is dead?

My toddler managed to get soup inside my phone and completely bricked it, but I can't remember my PIN. The store can't help without a PIN, only open a new account for me. My account got locked for too many login attempts while the store clerk was trying to help me. The FAQ and chat bot only give PIN recovery options that require a working phone.

What did you do to solve this?   I'm in the same situation, but don't have a toddler :)
