EBB Program

Go to local store to complete application to receive hotspot device wrong address was given by local store. My enrollment id # 619692. Receipt provided an incorrect address. How can I change the address? Setup callback through Customer Service when they called me the phone disconnected.

Thank you for getting in touch with us, Yehdiyah! Since you completed the application at a store, you will have to contact back to the store to have your address corrected. Hope this helps.
