I've gotten accepted for the EBB program and need to know how to activate it

Hello Crystal! Once qualified for the program you receive an email. This will contain all your enrollment information and instructions on how to set up the account or how to add to an existing account.
I was accepted for the plan and I follow the steps and when I got to the last step it was change my plan from $35 to $50 unlimited I did so then I was told I can't receive assistance because my plan was changed then sure enough after that I was stuck paying $50 bill I never wanted
