data issue

I’m two days into my billing cycle and i’m already receiving messages stating i’ve used most of my data and speeds will be slowed. The service just restarted 10/12 and i haven’t used close to 35gb of date.

Example:BSTFreeMsg You exceeded your data usage cap of 2048.000MB. We have reduced your data speeds through 11/12/2021.
