Cannot Activate My New Iphone 8Phone

Hello,

When I go to activate my new iPhone 8 (from iPhone 6)  on my boost mobile online account I keep getting a pop-up saying "Be sure to update the firmware on the phone you are activating to ensure it works on the Expanded Network." I click continue and it gives me an error reading "something went wrong please try again later". I'm putting the correct IMEI and ICCID numbers in. Also, the SIMS card I received in the mail with my new phone has been inserted. How do I update or make sure firmware is updated? Can someone please help? I just want to be able to make calls/ receive calls and  messages with my new phone.

Hi there! Thanks for bringing it to our attention. Please, try the following: Settings > General > Software Update. After that, let us know how it goes.
