Cancelled my order

I'm trying to buy a phone using boost up and they cancelled my order. I used boost up 2 years ago with no issues and I haven't moved or changed addresses since. I need a new phone because mine is turning off on it's own and wont turn back on for an hour. I know this is happening to a lot of people also. I will switch services if they dont fix this problem because there is absolutely no reason for them to cancel my order. I called the bank so dont even try and say my bank flagged it for fraud. Fix this or I'm out.
