Call Forwarding Not working

I recently responded to Boosts call to get new sim cards for their new network.  I HAVE to use call forwarding because of my work situation.  Now that option is not working.  I spent over an hour on chat with their people, no help.  I called to speak with a supervisor and was told I’d be transferred 3 times.  Yes, I was disconnected twice and still never got to speak with anyone.  Is anyone else experiencing this or found a work around?

Hello Tom! Thanks for reaching out! Let's see if we can sort this out. If you want your Boost number to go to another line you dial *72 + the 10 digit forward-to number, including area code. If you want to forward a phone number to your Boost number, the call forwarding has to be set up from the line you want to be sent to your Boost phone number.
