Boost up

Why Am I not eligible for boost up when I have been a customer for over 7 years and all my monthly phone payments are all on time

Hi there! In order to be eligible for Boost Up, your last 12 monthly payments must have been made on time. If you happened to switch to a daily plan during the last 12 months, it would also restart the counter. Hope this helps!
