Unlimited Data?

So I just purchased the $50 reboost unlimited talk, text and data plan. I’m now getting notified that I’m running low on data. How? If this plan is unlimited then why would I be receiving this message? I’m quite confused. I know I’m a data hog but that’s why I got this plan. Can someone explain what’s up?

Hi, @Biggtim077 ! We're sorry you feel that way. We'd love to check into that for you. Could you please send us a private message with the closest cross-streets and ZIP code where you're located? We would to check the network status on that location.

OK I am the biggest **bleep** myself when it came to this issue, and I want to apologize to any Cust Care employees I yelled at.... With that said...

The unlimited data is actually Unlimited. I have pushed my boundaries several times myself and haven't noticed a speed decrease. It's not like Capped plans that requires a shift from 4LTE to 2g u stay with the 4g and during high use times your on the lower end of the need pole till the "rush" hour is over. Frankly I have the weirdest hours and never saw a difference.

Hey there @Tinasain27 Thank you for reaching out. We truly apologize for the inconveniences. The Monthly Unlimited plan is subject to our Quality of Service Practices and Reasonable use policy. Therefore, customers who use more than 23GB of data during a billing cycle are de-prioritized during times and places where the network is constrained. If the towers in your area never get congested, you'll never get a slow data connection.

Your answer is stupid your still not explaining why she's paying for unlimited and it's really not unlimited because for her to come on here complaining means it's not slowing down some times it's doing it a lot just like mine boost Mobile is scamming with they unlimited plan

Hello @Tinasain27 Are you having issues with your data or the device itself?

Exactly how can you have a data cap if it's unlimited then when you call to complain they're going to give you these codes telling you to reboot your phone because you're just in a bad network area they're gonna have a 101 excuses why your data is low except for the fact it's they fault because boost Mobile unlimited data package is a SCAM
