AutoPay

I used to have the 50 dollar unlimited plan and had auto pay set up. It would automatically take off $5 and I would only pay $45. Now I have the $35 dollar plan and I am still using auto pay, but I am no longer receive the discount. Shouldn’t I only have to pay $30?

So you got enough people to switch to Boost then you pulled the discount. That sucks.

I was told by Boost store rep when I switch my account from other company that I will pay $30 monthly instead of $35 when I setup automatic payment. I also call to Boost customer service before I setup automatic payment and they explain me that amount $35 just displayed before I submit automatic payment and real amount of $30 will be charge. However Boost charge me $35. I'm very disappointed.

Thank you for prompt response!

The misinformation was done your company representative before I switch from other provider where I paid $30 per month for the same service. You should be responsible for this   misinformation which force me to pay $5 more every single month.  Your apology cost nothing for me. I have to pay extra money, not your company.. Base on others people reviews  not only me was fraud.
