Ojay76,

I did check & it stated it could be activated. Boost customer service said it could not? Why would it say I can & then no one will activate it? Geese

What is the make and model of the phone you are wanting to reactivate?

Hi Ojay,

Ive been jerked around until the 7 day refund policy is not available for my phone that is not working correctly & I was refused a refund 3-4 days after purchase from the store/teller I purchased it from. I had called & told him 2 days after purchase it was not working. He had told us when we purchased it if there was a problem for any reason to bring it back in & he would happily assist us in taking care of it/returning it. He told us we had 30 days.
Purchase 12/26/21, called store 12/29/21 stating phone was not working properly.  Went to store on 12/30/21 requested refund & REFUSED!
I troubleshot this device thru Boost Cust Svc, Expanded network techs, Device Specialist since 12/27/21. No one could assist with it's issues. I was told over & over again to go to mobile networks & toggle on/off switch to enable voLTE for this model I purchased & it does not exist. I sent screen shots upon their requests & was given different APN to reprogram it but that function is also not available for me to do. Why was I not given a different device for this one that is faulty? Or a refund?
Seriously?
I'm surprised at this. I have never had an issue with Boost before or it's services.
I was sent a link to check out if my old device was currently compatible. And it said it was, but because of the expanded network I would be unable to use some of the features.
I followed up with Boost chat to make this change & was told it would not be possible. Seriously.
*I was refused a refund from the Boost store I purchased it 2 days after letting them know it wasn't working right.
Jose Boost store rep said he did not have another to swap out & that we could not get a refund.
He said he would not re-activate our former Boost phone.
I trouble shot the phone with customer svc, expanded network techs & Device specialist.
