Can’t seem to

I activated my phone with you guys with my old SIM card. now I got a new one from you guys shipped here, I can’t seem to activate it now my iPhone is rejecting the number saying it’s not the right number. I can’t get internet nothing. Am I missing something?

Hello there! When you switch to a new phone, you'll need to make sure that it is swapped into your account. You can do it following these steps:

1. Log in to your account clicking here.

2. After logging into My Boost, scroll down to the "My Device" section and click on "Swap Device".

3. On the following screen, Enter the new device information (ESN, IMEI, or MEID).

4. After the device information is entered twice, select Next and follow the prompts. A success screen will appear.
