Can't Activate New Phone Purchased at Walmart
My husband just bought a new Boost Mobile phone at Walmart so that he could sign up for service and then add me (existing customer/not a Walmart phone purchase) to create a family plan. He also needs to port his number over.
While trying to activate this new phone it gives us this message:
Please be aware
We're sorry. The zip code you entered has low coverage.
It won't let us continue. I have service here without issue, so this error message seems irrelevant.
Please advise on what to do next.
