Cannot activate S20 5G

Attempting to activate new S20 5G, reploacing a long serving S9.

After proceeding thru the sequence of entering the ICC ID, then the IMEI a red banner appears at the top of the page:

Plan [BSTOLLHX50} is invalid. 

Application Processing Error

Everything stops and is followed by a message a few minutes later: "Please Activate your phone.

I've repeated this process several times.

What do I need to do now?

I am having the same exact issue and am about to spread the news far and wide that Boost cannot activate phones from 2 extremely popular phone lines.  Especially with the phone being unlocked and bought directly from Samsung and yes I have talked to Samsung who says there is no excuse at all that you cannot activate Galaxy S series and Galaxy Note series phones.  Rediculous.
