Bought a new Boostmobile phone in boostmobile.com, activated it but buggy mcm client?

Bought a new phone in boostmobile.com and activated online in boostmobile.com but when I accept the terms and conditions, which keeps popping up,  it looses internet (wifi and mobile data) and the only way to gain internet access again is to reset to factory. I am tired of resetting and re-installing apps every time.  Called support several times but they don't know what the problem is.  Texts and voice ok, no issue on that.  Any ideas? Buggy MCM Client? Lemon product?  how can I get it replaced or money back?  Thanks for any help someone can provide.
