Why is my account suspended if it's paid in advance and in cash?????

It's been 5 days I've been without service. I pay my bill in cash only and talked to a supervisor and and he says he sees that I paid in cash. So why is my account suspended? There was confusion about being charged 50 dollars from a credit card. I don't even have a bank account. So I reported that fraud to the cops. It on file. Please fix this problem, or else boost Mobile will lose a Loyal customer. This isn't right for y'all to do this. I didn't receive a call or text. You just suspended my account. Like u don't even care about your customers. Tell me how I paid my bill on the 7th and on the 15 it gets suspended..
