Why did Boost Cancel My Order For A Second Time After They Said The Problem Was Fixed?

Purchase another IPhone again for the 3rd time, it's showing payment pending in my bank account, again. All my information is correct. I did not go through this six months ago, all the sudden there is a problem... it's not on my end. If I get another reversed charge, I will just buy one through apple, unlocked.
