Does boost want me to go elsewhere after being a long term customer?

Purchase another IPhone again for the 3rd time, it's showing payment pending in my bank account, again. All my information is correct. I did not go through this six months ago, all the sudden there is a problem... it's not on my end. If I get another reversed charge, I will just buy one through apple, unlocked.

Your help was insufficient, you lost a long term customer. If your system will not allow payment, I guess there is no way It should accept service payments for the future either. Adios!
