Where Is My Purchase?????????????????????????????????????

 
  I got an email saying my order was placed & paid as well with the order #.  I was expecting a follow up email with tracking info that I never received. I ordered my phone on 2/28/2019 when I go on boost website and use the order status tells me that my email is invalid yet and when I managed to speak with someone they told me it was a FedEx issue, then they put me on hold for sales and never returned to the phone.
