Unable to purchase phone

I’ve tried buying a new phone through Boost Up 3 times now via PayPal. Boost has cancelled my order every time. The addresses on my billing account through Boost and Paypal match. And apparently BoostUp is not available when you try to buy the phone over the phone or in a store.

I’m so frustrated. I never had any issues with Virgin, but ordering new phones through Boost has been a nightmare and I’m debating switching to a new carrier at this point.

I’m having this same problem and I’m getting really fed up with it. I’ve updated my birthdate, made sure my addresses matched, made sure I did everything the agent has told me to do. I’m debating switching carriers too. Please make this right.
