Someone used the wrong email to purchase a phone

Someone used the wrong email to purchase service.  It was my email, and there is no way for me to report this concern on the account confirmation email nor the chat help.   Please fix this and remove my email from that account please.

Can you please help me, as well?  The site has a really bad UI and I can't find where to create a new post nor how to pm you.

 

Someone also used MY email to create THEIR account on accident.  I called him and he doesn't speak English; I can pm you the email he used (my email) and his phone number.

I am also having this issue, but I do not have the account phone number.  I have a name and the last four of two different accounts referenced in the email.

Any ideas?
