Service issues

It states in your own terms that the customer will be given 60 days past their due date to recieve incoming calls and texts but not only was only given barely 30 days for this but my phones were completely cancelled i am so apalled by the way i was treated. It was against my better judgement to come to boost mh husband talkked me into it i wish i never would have keft metro and now the phone number that i have had almost three years is gone i am so infuriated right now
