Responsible party for error on boost Mobile???
So all of last week I dealt with boost customer service. Countless Hours on the phone and all to no avail. I finally discovered boost community and finally got some direction on canceling my order ,(which was done I stay 10 minutes after I made the initial order). Boost gave me no direction on what I should do with FedEx on how to make the return, all they gave me was a couple of numbers which did absolutely nothing to help me!. Supercuts. I checked my messages on Boost immunity and I find that they're trying to tell me I'm responsible for return charges! How is that if Bruce allowed the package to get delivered after I had canceled it? would somebody please respond to this at your soonest convenience
