Refund on account balance

So I was trying to change my plan to $50 instead of $60 but I got charged both the $50 went into the account balance which I want back

We have reviewed your account and the charge of $130 seems correct, since the AutoPay discount no longer applies to your account. The $5 discount was discontinued months ago, so we grandfathered previously enrolled customers in the promotion, to be removed only after specific changes in the account were performed, like cancelling the AutoPay for instance.

 

At this point, we're unable to restore the $5 discount promo on your account. Your monthly payment will be $130 as a result.

 

We'll be glad to answer any other questions you may have.

The thing is your website stated a certain amount would be billed then it billed differently. I took this screenshot on Tuesday. You guys owe me my money.

No. Its not even the same amount as my monthly autoreboost. When I was chatting with agents I sent screenshots and they asked why I was just now calling if it happened in May, which doesn't really matter anyway. I soon realized I would get nowhere and they just kept trying to confuse me. Im a longtime customer and its sad how customers are treated.

After looking over my credit card history it seems they have charged my credit card for bogus extra fees several times in the past. Im not done researching everything yet though.

Im dealing with the same issue. I was on chat with them for an hour, talked to 3 different people and got nowhere. I finally told them I wasnt playing their games and I will just file for arbitration. Every representative played stupid. I even sent screenshots and still was told they could not confirm I was actually charged twice.
