Refund on account balance

So I was trying to change my plan to $50 instead of $60 but I got charged both the $50 went into the account balance which I want back

I was overcharged & customer service is rude and won’t help. I want a refund and they can actually close my account

Hi, @Chae1103 For sending any of us a private message, please click in our user-name to access our profiles. In the right side of your screen you will see a button labeled "Send This User  Private Message".

Have you tried on a different device? Follow these steps:
-Click on the user name of the Social care agent. You will be taken to their profile.
-Click the "Send this User a Private Message" located on the right hand side.
-Type your message in the new window and click Send. @Chae1103
