Refund for services not rendered

I am requesting a refund in the amount of $65 dollars. I've have tried unsuccessfully for over a month to add numbers to a family plan. I have spoken with numerous agents as well as done online chat. I want an immediate refund of the stated amount.

To send a private message you simply go to one of our agents profile who you want to send a message to and hit the "send this user a private message" button. It's under their contact section on the right side of their profile, right next to their badges.
