Error message says to take it back to store an have it re-scanned .

Hello! Thanks for contacting us. We will do our best to help. In that case, you must go back to the place of purchase and have it rescanned. When that error comes up, it means that there was an error when you purchased it and they scanned it. - AmyM25
After being told by customer service to contact here and and submit my Reboost card info and photo of receipt for validation that's what I need to do.

Tried that and it is not responding this is really getting to be way more than I know it should be.

Tried they do not do refunds or returns and are basically telling me that I'm F#!@(D.....
