Phone order cancelled?

I ordered a new phone. And I checked the order today only to find that my express shipping new cell phone was cancelled. What’s going on? Why don’t I get my phone anymore?? It’s charged me 50$, but the order says it was cancelled!!!

Follow these steps:

  • Click on the user name of the Social care agent. You will be taken to their profile.
  •  Click the "Send this User a Private Message" located on the right hand side. 
  • Type your message in the new window and click Send.

Update your boost profile, add a card for auto pay and it should go through. That's what I did and it worked.

I just started updating things in my account and I bet part of the reason I was having a problem is that they entered the wrong birthdate. The date that was entered is nowhere close to my birthday

I ordered again yesterday, my order says it was shipped I got a tracking number but then when I went to my email and put my order id in it says cancelled. I’m so confused

Hello april35. Please check again, as the order may say "closed". If that's the case, it would mean that the order was completed and the phone was sent. If it does say cancelled, feel free to send us a private message so we may take a closer look.

 

You can send a private message by clicking on an agent's name, then selecting the message option from the profile page.

Yes, we ship our phones through FedEx. You can track your order using your FedEx tracking number here.

They are and I even placed the order with a rep today to go through the appropriate information, and to make sure everything was correct. Again this is now my third time getting my order canceled for no apparent reason

Ya I ended up going through this 5 times before it actually worked and my phone came on Monday. I wasn’t trying to give up not sure if it’s a glitch in their system or what
