Phone order cancelled?

I ordered a new phone. And I checked the order today only to find that my express shipping new cell phone was cancelled. What’s going on? Why don’t I get my phone anymore?? It’s charged me 50$, but the order says it was cancelled!!!

The same thing happened to me over and over.  I then decided to update my profile and add all missing information.  At this time it is saying processing.  It normally said cancelled.  I can't say I will get the phone but I am moving forward.  Hope this helps someone.  Will update if I get the phone or they cancel my order.

Most of the time this is related to the credit/debit card. We advise you to make sure that the shipping and billing address are the same. Also, try to contact your bank to confirm that they didn't blocked the transaction for security reasons.

I ordered a phone and my order was cancelled. I updated my profile and added a card for autopay and tried again. And my phone arrived a few days later. Hope this helps.

I’ve tried three times and all three times my order was cancelled. I wouldn’t have even known if I hadn’t kept checking the status. My money has not been refunded for my third try I need my money back if they’re not going to send me a phone
