Hello, my name is Matthew. I had transferred my phone number to Boost earlier today and paid the $35 monthly fee. Yet, when I call customer service, it says I don't have enough on my balance and I need to pay $0 to use Boost's service. I don't know what happened. I checked on the MyBoost app, and it says that I made the payment earlier this morning, yet I still can't make a call or even send a text
