Paid bill, service is still interrupted.

I paid the $50.00 Bill but it still says my service interuppted. It told me to add $0.00 to the account to resume service, but every time I tried it told me it has to be at least $1

So, I found out from another post that this issue is caused by a reactivation fee. Apparently you have to add $10 more than it tells you for it to work, even though it says to add $0.00. This should really be fixed because they should tell you the full amount up front before you pay.

Hello, MarkyPoo! I apologize for the inconvenience. Pre-Owned/used phones will be subject to the $10 reactivation fee at the time of activation but will receive a $10 account credit to offset that fee.
