Ordered a $200 Pre-Owned Phone and came with a CRACKED SCREEN
Dear Boost, I ordered a Pre-Owned Samsung Galaxy S8 on 10-14-2019, Monday and received today on 10-17-2019. I opened the box and discovered a large CRACK on the front screen next to the volume button and many deep scratches on the bottom right side . I should not have to pay $200 for a defective phone. Please help me.
