Order

I currently placed an order. However, it never prompted for the extra 20% off code. How can I get this applied to that? Or do I have to cancel the order first and redo the order?

Hi there UnsungPride. Unfortunately, we are unable to apply any discount once order is placed. You'll have to cancel the order and place it again.

Hi, roc-. To protect our customers from identity fraud, Boost Mobile requires that orders are shipped to the address associated with the payment method. When did you place the order?
