No order confirmation email

I order a boostup iphone 7 they gave me a I'd number but no email confirmation with order number. The money was taken out my card immediately. How can I track my status with no order number please help I've called several times they have my email information and said I would be getting a email but haven't. I checked my spam and everything but still have gotten nothing from them....

I've order an LG Stylo 4 and they took my money off my card and they showed me a confirmation number but never received a email and I don't know how to check my status. Please help me!

I ordered a iPhone 7 Plus online yesterday at like 3:08 pm . I got a email but no tracking number I paid for it to be here today and nothing I paid for expected next business day

Hey there @Meganrain2019_. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. local-destination time for BOOST, Monday through Friday, will not be processed and shipped until the following business day. If you can, please send us a private message with your phone number and pin?

I'm having the same problem! Ordered on Sunday, it's now Wednesday. I still haven't recieved a confirmation email or tracking info, and no phone.
