Having problems ordering a phone with boost up it keeps telling me absolutely nothing and just canceling my payment why can't I
Flashlight three different times now to get that iPhone XR and a yellow color and still cannot get this resolved and I'm getting really frustrated it's not my bank card it's not the shipping and the billing because all of that is correct so I need some help with the situation ASAP please I've had to run around and the phone's going to be gone before I even have a chance to get it and I'm going to be really upset someone please help

The order just cancels, I am not canceling it I'm wanting to get the new phone but once I pay the money is returned without reason
