Declining bill payments

I’ve been trying to pay my phone bill for the last 4 days and it isn’t allowing me to pay my bill it keeps declining my card but the funds are on there i even called wells Fargo to make sure it wasn’t something on there end and it isn’t. Ever since i switched to to boost its been one problem after the other. I’m really close to switching from boost if this isn’t fixed ASAP
