Data not restring after bill paid

Paid my monthly due today, hasn’t reset and called boost said they can’t help, gave me customer service number but can’t go thru, I’m half away across the country from my home for $50 dollars I should be able to use my phone. Yes I tried restarting airplane mode Nd SIM card even. On wifi atm but if someone could help b much appreciated.
