Charged Twice, No Refund?
I paid my phone bill this month and it took a while to go through. Eventually, it does. A few days later, my card decline and see that I've been charged twice. I talked to live support online and they said they would process my refund in a few days, if I qualified for it. I think I'm entitled to my refund since I was charged twice AND the extra payment doesn't even show up under my account details. I have visual proof from my transaction history on Boost's site and my debit card's site.
