Charged Twice! Need a Refund of my Account Balance
When I went to pay my phone bill, a message popped out saying that an error had occurred and I had to try again later. When I went to pay again, the same message popped out. I went back and saw that my bill was paid for the month and my account balance was $50 and it asked if I wanted to use it for next month. I also got a message on my phone saying that $50 was added both times. I would like it if I could have the $50 currently on my account refunded. Thanks!
