Charged twice for payment.

I always pay on time and on the same time each month, I go into the location with cash or card IN PERSON and pay. I went to a store location on the 14th of November (maybe a few days before, after) to pay my bill of $114, all went through no worries. Well two days ago I get a charged showing on my account for a 2in the morning charge of $50.34, spoken with a store and said they can't help me it just happens sometimes. So you tell me I signed up for a family plan to pay only $114 a month now randomly I'm paying 160 now? No way, it's close to Christmas and that $50 would've helped.
