Can't Make Payment

My account gives me a warning that unless I add funds (min $1) to my account by 11/25/2020 all my funds will expire. But, when I try to make a payment it fails because "the maximum balance amount is exceeded". I have called CS to no avail. Can someone please help. Thanks!

To send a Private Message you can go to your profile and click on the icon with an envelope. Then you enter the username of the agent you want to send a message to and the subject. Or you can go to the agent profile by clicking on the username and click on "Send this user a Private Message".
