Boostup and Debt Card Not Working to Buy Phone
Hi there, just trying to purchase the iPhone 13 Pro. I'm being forced to purchase a new phone because Boost is discontinuing service for me. I currently have a Samsung Galaxy s8, and it's been very good. Being forced to switch by 31 December 2021, I'm hoping to get this problem solved. I've called and been transferred around to automated systems and to actual real representatives. Nothing works.
I'm hoping to get this problem solved, and I cannot afford to pay the $1k+ up front. I've been a customer for 6 years now, and I'd like to use the BoostUp! Program.
