Boost Mobile's Response to COVID-19

Boost-Mobile has set up a page with some information about the steps we're taking to assist customers who may be affected by COVID-19, whether that means you're out of work, sick or quarantined at home.

If you need to speak to a customer service person, whether by phone or here on the Community, responses may be delayed.  Many of our centers are impacted by curfews and mandatory government shut downs in an attempt to curb the spread of the virus.  Please consider using the Boost Mobile app on your phone or visiting BoostMobile.com to manage your account if at all possible.

 

We do still have people here to help but ask that you remain patient while we work through more volume than normal with fewer people than normal.

I need help with payment, lost job due to COVID-19. I've had service disconnected and can't pay my phone bill. I've called customer service a couple of times and being put on hold for ever. Please help!

Finally after over two hours of being on hold, customer service (Bryan) was able to credit our account for one month of service.  Thank you Boosmobil for coming thru. And thank you for your customer employees for working on this difficult times.

Why is it that some people are receiving the free month of service emails and others aren't? A friend of mine has received 2 of these. One just before Covid dropped and the other was just last month. Also all of the messages here from customers talking about hardship and how corona has crippled their income to the point of non-existence and being told to direct message a boost agent to talk about this matter further. Well we've all taken major losses in the wake of this crisis. Everyone should have access to this free month or it should be given to no one. I've been with boost since 2008. What gives?

This is a bold faced lie I literally just called about this and we are still in the pandemic and they told me that this information is currently being taken off the website and it will not be provided to me although I only need a few more days to make my payment and haven't missed one payment since the pandemic started why do we dish out our money to companies who could care less about us.

I called boost to get an extension as to which im low on funds do to the coronavirus n being laidoff work qnd they gave me the runaround telling me to switch my 50 dollar plan 2 the 35 dollar plan to get an extention witch I told them  just need a few days to make a few bucks to get the money to pay my bill.they said that the 50 dollar plan doesnt qualify but the 35 dollar plan does witch makes no sence AND from what Ive seen and heard ALL the OTHER carriers will Grant u and extension they need 2 take that shit off the internet if they cant give there people an extension cause thats false information.... If we could get a bunch of people who is in our shoes and rite a review and call and report them tht they are not holding up to the Granted extention like they said they would during the pandemic cause I need my phone thats how I do my job sence I been layed off work whats a (ONE TIME EXTENTION)...

Boost was giving me the run around about getting an extension so I can go make a few bucks to pay my bill and I have 2 have the 50 unlimited plan cause I have 2 have my internet to do my job Iboost mobile I know u can give me an extension till I can get the money and pay my bill so Why is that ALL the other CARRIERS will Grant there Customers with and extension But You guys Wont during this pandimic cause yall are probably going to lose a bunch of customers over this. So boost mobile plz call me and help us with a ONE-TIME-EXTENION. Yall are advertising That yall Will Grant yalls customers with the one-time-extenion during pandimic yall lieing to your custmers

I even asked 2 talk to a superviser and the dude woulded trasfer me cause he knows hes wrong false advertising ... All im saying is yalls going to lose alot of customers over this one-time-extention cause yalls saying u will on the internet but when we call to get an extention yall say u cant...
