Pixel 3 Support
Will the Pixel 3 be supported by the Boost network?
About a year ago the Pixel 2 was still not supported, but things could have changed since then. If it's not, is there an ETA on when compatibility will be implemented, if ever?

I was on a three-way call with both a head of Google as well as a head support of boost Mobile. The folks at boost Mobile said they were behind on updating their "bring your own device" list which they say will include the pixel devices. According to this man he stated that his superious said it should take a couple of weeks. I made this call last week.
In essence boost does support the pixel phone; however, they have not updated their list yet.

Ok, update. I went on there website (https://activate.boostmobile.com/bring-your-phone) and plugged in my Pixel 3 IMEI. It said it was compatible so I went ahead and called support. I told them about the situation that I've been dealing with and said they were going to mail me a new boost mobile sim card compatible with the pixel 3. They said it would take 3-5 business days so hopefully sometime this week I'll tell yall how that went down.
cheers.

This is great news, but they need to update their list. I have been wanting to get a Pixel 3, but have been hesitant because I wanted it through Boost Mobile. Wondering if this is the card in my hand that will help push this forward. Thank you for taking the time to get Boost Mobile and Google together and make this happen.

Thank you for that.
So I received more news and well it was quite surprising and I want to know if this just affected me or all pixel users. I never received a phone call back so I had to call them and once again explain everything from the get-go. Turns out, they manually removed my IMEI to be compatible. So now I am confused because these following bullet points contradict each other.
-For some reason, through Boost's official website my Pixel 3 XL, IMEI said it was supported and "all I needed was a sim card."
-Boost sent me a sim card and I had it tested by a tech specialist at boost saying that "This sim card IS compatible with Pixel 3 XL"
-Google has "World-wide network/carrier compatibility " with all US carriers. (Is boost mobile the exception?)
-Boost always fails to activate the phone saying it's not compatible.
So for anyone that has a Pixel device, can you please, even if you are not with Boost, plug in your IMEI into the boost official website [https://activate.boostmobile.com/bring-your-phone] and tell me if its compatible or not, to know for sure if they manually took me out of the system because I was being too much of a struggle for them and they thought this problem could go away by removing me. Or if they officially removed all pixel devices from Boost mobile regardless of what Google promotes and in fact IS compatible with Sprint (same network that Boost uses).
Thank you for listening to my rant,
-PD

@ProximalDread Thanks for the info, I was considering getting this phone, so before I do I will check to make sure it is compatible with their service.

If I can be so bold... maybe you should get your Pixel phone and find a carrier that can answer customer questions. This Post has gone on long enough that a Boost rep should have picked it up and ran with it.
I have been with Boost for a while now... and now I want to purchase a Pixel 3 and have no idea if it will work on the Boost network. Obviously I have no IMEI number to input into Boost's Verification Checked... plus it seems to be a useless and neglected list of Compatible Phones.
A while back I bought my Unlocked Galaxy S8+ from Best Buy... and it took 2-3 of their Phone Reps over 1 hour to get the proper info into the phone so it would work on Boost. The Best Buy reps did their best; but were on the phone with Boost Tech Support and got numerous dead-end suggestions. Finally, a new Best Buy rep walked up to the us; typed in some info; and the phone was connected. Seems like Boost would have been able to handle this on their own and in short order?
Does anybody, Users or Boost Support know if the Pixel 3 will work on their network?

@drol343 if you have the unlocked version you could go to Verizon or AT&T. It's the only 2 that I currently know that supports the pixel 3. Hope this helps.
